      Can I use my NDIS Plan to purchase Products?

      Dzign Solutions Sensory Store is a NDIS registered provider (4050153995) and NDIS participants, self-managed, plan managed & NDIA managed, may be able to spend their allocated NDIS funding with us, however the eligibility to buy items will depend on NDIS participants plan, funding available and approval from NDIS. 

      There are no categories of goods or services which are automatically NDIS approved or funded for all NDIS participants. Whether particular goods and services will be approved or funded under an individual NDIS participant’s plan will depend on the needs and goals identified in their plan. The NDIS also does not provide specific approval or accreditation for any particular goods or services in general.

      Depending on how your supports are managed will depend on how your order will need to be submitted.

      For NDIS orders, note that it is the purchaser/NDIS participant's responsibility to ensure compliance with NDIS Funding Criteria. The purchaser/participant should consult with their Local Area Coordinator (LAC) or NDIS representative, receive approval, and confirmed that the items are on the approved NDIS list before placing the order.

      Dzign Solutions will not be held liable if the ordered items are not on the approved NDIS list.

       Higher risk assistive technology products, including weighted blankets, compression sheets (bed socks) and therapy balls may require written advice from a registered Practitioner.

      SELF MANAGED & PLAN MANAGED

      If you are a Self-Managed NDIS participant, you can order from us in one of two ways.

      1) Just complete your order via credit/debit card or Paypal and arrange re-reimbursement through NDIS via your receipt which you will receive as soon as payment has been made. As soon we receive the payment via credit/debit card or Paypal we process your order immediately.

      2) The following applies to Self and Plan Managed participants:

      • Add your desired products to your cart
      • Click on checkout and complete the checkout process
      • Select the NDIS (Self / Plan Managed) option under payment type and click Place Order (If you don't see this option please email us on info@dzsensory.com.au or send us a message via facebook.

      Note: On the payments page you would need to provide the following participants information in "Order Comments Section":

      1) NDIS Number

      2) Name

      3) Date of Birth

      The above information is required to process the order.

      • We will email you your NDIS invoice and a separate email will follow which will provide our bank details

      Plan managed participants can forward this invoice and our bank details to their plan manager who will send a funds transfer directly to us. Once this payment has cleared, your order is dispatched and tracking details are provided.

      Self Managed participants can submit their payment request on the NDIS portal. Once you receive your payment, you transfer the funds to our account. Your order will be dispatched once the payment clears. We will then provide you with tracking details.

      NDIA-MANAGED

      Below are the steps to order from us, if you are NDIA managed:

      • Add the items to your cart.
      • Complete the order using the NDIA-Managed payment method. 
      • Once you receive the order confirmation email, please reply to that email stating that you are NDIA Managed.
      • Our team will send you Service Agreement which needs to be filled and sent back for NDIA Managed Claims. 
      • We will then lodge the claim for you.
      • Once we receive the money in our account, we will ship your order to you.
