      Join Our Team – Accredited Counsellors (Online / Subcontractor Role)

      We are an established NDIS registered provider expanding our Interactive Therapy service — delivered online via accredited counsellors — to support children and teens across Australia.

      This innovative service uses game-based tools (optional and tailored to each client) to create engaging, client-led therapy sessions. Most of our clients are neurodivergent, and our approach is designed to be flexible, supportive, and empowering.

      We are looking for accredited counsellors who are:

      • Passionate about supporting children and teens

      • Confident delivering therapy online

      • Creative, flexible, and client-focused

      • Experienced in working with neurodivergent clients

      • Comfortable using game-based tools (Optional), such as Roblox, to engage children and teens in therapy sessions

      Role Details:

      • Work Type: Subcontractor (you must have an ABN and professional insurance)

      • Location: Remote (work from home)

      • Flexibility: You choose your availability

      • Delivery: Online sessions using interactive methods and optional game-based tools

      Requirements:

      • Accreditation as a counsellor (e.g., ACA, PACFA)

      • ABN (Australian Business Number)

      • Professional indemnity and public liability insurance

      • NDIS Worker Screening Check (mandatory for all workers interacting with NDIS participants):

        Cost: The screening check is required for all paid workers and may incur a fee depending on your state/territory (generally $80 to $150). Volunteers are often exempt from the fee.
      • Working with Children Check (mandatory if working with children or minors)

      • Experience or interest in supporting clients with Autism, ADHD, or similar needs

      • Do you have experience playing Roblox? (Experience with Roblox is a plus, as we use it as part of our interactive therapy sessions)

      Pay Rate:

      It is compulsory that you have your own ABN and run your own business. You operate as a sub-contractor for Dzign Solutions and invoice us weekly for the services provided.

      $75 per hourly session for counsellors with ACA level 2+ (or equivalent)
      $35 per hourly session for counsellors with ACA level 1 (or equivalent)
